Frequently Asked Questions
❓ Where are your products made?
Most items are printed and shipped by trusted Printify partners in the United States, but some specialty products are fulfilled internationally — typically from China. No matter where they’re made, we work with reputable partners to ensure top quality.
❓ How long will it take to receive my order?
Production takes about 2–5 business days, and shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. Internationally fulfilled items may take a bit longer. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
❓ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Every item is made just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us and we’ll make it right.
❓ What about sizes and materials?
We list detailed sizing charts, care instructions, and material info on each product page. If you’re ever unsure, just reach out — we’re happy to help!
❓ Do you offer gift options?
Not just yet — but our stuff makes awesome gifts! Be sure to order early if it’s for a special occasion.
❓ Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, please email us within a few hours of ordering. Once production begins, changes are usually not possible — but we’ll do our best.
❓ Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We don’t offer international shipping at this time.

Yep — black bears roam the Blue Ridge! They’re usually shy and mostly just want your snacks, not your soul. (Still, don’t pet them.)
