Free 30-Day Exchanges • Store-Credit Returns

At Blue Ridge & Banks, every item is made to order. We want you to love your gear, so we keep things simple and fair.

Exchanges (Free for 30 days)

If your size or color isn’t quite right, we’ll replace it—free.
Email support@blueridgeandbanks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order # and what you’d like instead. To save return shipping and reduce waste, we often invite customers to pass the original along or donate it—at our team’s discretion for single-item apparel orders. For repeat exchanges, higher-value items, or larger orders, we may provide a return label and complete the exchange after the return is received.

Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or color. One exchange per item. Orders showing unusual activity may require a return.

Returns for Store Credit (30 days)

Prefer a return? No problem. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll issue store credit (a digital gift card) once your return is approved. Return shipping may apply. Gift cards never expire.

Defects, misprints, or damage in transit

We’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund. Please email photos within 14 days of delivery.

How to start

  • Order number
  • Exchange or return request
  • Photos (if there’s a defect or shipping damage)

We’ll reply with next steps in 1–2 business days.

Eligibility & notes

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
  • Final sale items, custom/personalized items, and gift cards aren’t returnable.
  • We may request a return shipment for certain items before issuing credit/replacements.
  • If your order was returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship once postage is repaid.
